My family and I have been going to PVR for many years.  We are personal friends of the privious (original) owner’s of Plazamar #404.  We have always felt a real appreciation for the warmth and the friendly beauty of this Condo.  We were in PVR from 23 January to 13 February this year and of course we stayed in #404.  I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive when making the reservations, knowing that Ken had sold his Condo.  Much to our delight, we found very little had changed. It is still just as GREAT as ever.   Plazamar has a perfect location.  There are a dozen great resturants within two to three blocks.  There is a super market (Riso’s) in easy walking distance and a French Bakery with heavenly Croisants just 2 blocks away.  What more can you ask for?

We just returned from our week’s stay at Plaza Mar 303.  What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy our time in PV!  We went to attend a family wedding and had such a wonderful time.  Even with the unusual rain, we found plenty to do.  Great little cafe right near the entrance.  The crashing waves were almost too noisy, but really fun to watch from the balcony.

We really had a good time staying at the condo instead of a hotel. The condo was in a great location that was close to all the places we frequent. Everything worked great in the condo except the internet. It was very slow and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t . Thank goodness for my blackberry.
