Our stay at the Colinas was fantastic.  The condo was just as beautiful as the the pictures represented on your website.  The views of the bay and town from the large balcony were magnificent … we watched the fireworks nightly.  We had no problems maneuvering the steep hill as we went back and forth into town.  We made a pledge to walk it (unless we had a big load of groceries) and it helped to keep the holiday pounds at bay!  We found some really great places along the way to eat or enjoy happy hour.  We felt very secure at the Colinas and the staff were very friendly and helpful.  We already are talking about when we can go back.  Thanks Jeff for all your help.
