Plaza Mar Condo 204 in Old Town “A Little Piece of Paradise”

Traveled to PV 4-25-09 to 5-02-09 and stayed in Condo 204 at Plaza Mar. This is the best vacation we have had in a long time. This condo was so spacious and the wrap around balcony was great. Had alot of fun watching everyone walking below us on the way to restaurants and shopping and got to know the waiters real well at the restaurant across from us. This was the best of both worlds in condo 204. Hearing the ocean waves at nite with all the balcony doors open sure helped a person to relax and sleep and wake up so rested. Some reviews I have read say that you could smell the food being cooked in the restaurant below but that was not the case at all. I am sure we will be booking this condo again real soon. The only downer about the trip was that the swine flu hit while we were there and the whole town shut down at 11pm so we could not really get our party on but other than that it was great. Thanks Jeff for everything it was the best place to stay in all the times we have been to PV. I will never ever stay in a hotel again when you have the
best condos in all of PV. Everyone should give Jeff a call you won’t be sorry!!!!!!

12/22/09 Having just returned after 1 great week at the condo Plaza Mar, I’m ready to head back. I stayed in condo 204 along with my 3 children. This was their Christmas present. It was a fantastic experience one which we will always cherish. Unit 204 has a huge wraparound balcony which overlooks the action on the Malecon in old town. Life was at our fingertips. Each morning a vendor selling fresh bakery items would sell us pastries. The unit is very clean, large and well stocked with left over items from former guest including condiments and some liquor. We added to the inventory by leaving a little tequila.. The staff were all great and spoke English. The pool on the roof was quite refreshing and afforded an opportunity to get to know other guests. The building is secured, quiet and safe. A couple of our favorite eateries close by were the Cafe Roma which has great pizza and is a fun place to unwind after of day of beaching or shopping. Freddy’s tucan has great American breakfasts with an extensive menu and the cafe De Olla always seemed to have a line waiting to get in. One final note. I was apprehensive about renting a condo in PV on line but I must add that Jeff Musto has the process down to a science. It is hassle free, safe plus Jeff makes sure that before you arrive you have all the information you may want to make your stay enjoyable. I will be returning only the next time I hope to stay longer.
