Jeff was very accomodating when we had to reschedule our trip due to medical–and then because of a guest over-lap on his end, he put us into unit #301, with ocean views. We spent time together sitting on the balcony, talking and connecting with the view and the sounds of the city around us.
Jeff also recommended several restaurants and we enjoyed the ones we were able to get to.
We hope to return and enjoy his hospitality.

We were in Plaza Mar #301 Jan 29-Feb 12 2011. Great location, helpful staff, very Mexican atmosphere, and wonderful views. Enjoyed watching the world go by from our balcony. This condo DOES have a DVD player, and there is a huge “leave one, take one” library on the pool level.

We just returned from Puerto Vallarta , Mexico and enjoyed our stay at Plaza Mar Condos. The staff was most cordial and helpful for a couple of Gringos. The condo 301 was well furnished and we had a nice view of the ocean and the Malacon.
We would highly reccommend staying at the Plaza Mar for anyone who wishes to have a beautiful view of the ocean and wants to be in close proximity to the old town activities.
