Thanks again for a wonderful stay at Plaza Mar! I have been staying in various condos in this building for over twenty years and prefer Plaza Mar to every other place in Vallarta. The location is perfect; you can walk everywhere. Condo 303 was delightful. Spacious and clean as a whistle. Love the size of the balcony and the view to the ocean through the palm trees. Of course, the sound of the waves at night is music to the ears. We always feel like family when we return as all the folks at the front desk give us warm welcomes.

Plaza Mar Condo 303 with free WiFi

We had a relaxing stay at the Condo. The standouts were: the Maid, Blanca, who was very friendly, helpful, and thorough; the bed, which was very comfortable; the free wireless, which got lots of use and all the purified water one could drink. The palms in front evidently have grown taller over the years and did obstruct the water view somewhat. On the other hand, one could fall asleep to the waves crashing on the beach, which was the main reason for our taking a 2 BR condo although we only used 1 BR–the one facing the ocean. The location of the building is very central, making it a very desirable place to stay.

Hi Jeff

My wife and I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 20 years. We have stayed in a lot of nice condominiums but have not enjoyed any vacation as much as we did this one. The condo was very clean,well furnished and comfortable. Best of all there were no negative surprises. Everything was as it was represented on line. We will be back again soon . You run a first class operation!

Plaza Mar 303 on Los Muertos Beach

We we so delighted to see this unit for the first time! We liked the little open area off the lobby showing all the plants growing on each floor. Looking out from the balcony onto the Malecon and the ocean was just wonderful. Saturday nites can get alittle noisy, but that’s part of the atmosphere when in downtown PV. We liked the furnishings and the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room everywhere. Even doing laundry up on the roof wasn’t bad!! I can’t think of a prettier laundry area anywhere – looking out onto the ocean. We had a splendid time and would certainly spend time here again!!

Wow! We had an absolutely wonderful vacation. It is cloudy and 35 degrees outside in Ohio and I wish I were back in PV. In terms of the condo itself, here are a few thoughts

The condo was well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed.
One of my best memories was just sitting on the balcony and reading, watching the ocean and just chilling out.
Even though we were right by the beach and restaurants, the noise level was not a problem/
In addition to being close to the beach, walking away from the beach led one to the real Mexico. I enjoyed grocery shopping and visiting the tortilla factory, just like the locals.
The restaurants in PV were wonderful.
It is not far to the malecon (boardwalk) which was fun to stroll around at night.
The front desk was helpful.
The only downside was it was a bit hard to find. I know it was a big building and I had street coordinates but people did not know Plaza Mar by name. Others have not noted this, so it must have been me.

I would love to go again.

Jeff: Just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our rental of
Plaza Mar 303. The condo was located right where we wanted to be; loved the
security of being buzzed into the building and the windows and doors so we
could leave them open for a breeze, all the accommodations worked really
well with our family of 6.

If you ever need reference for someone for renting this condo we’d be happy
to help you out!

Looking forward to staying there again sometime in the future!

Just returned from PV our week in Plaza Mar #303 was wonderful truely a better experence than a hotel. I can’t say enough good things about the unit everything was very nice. If I were to complain the view ( I knew going in ) of the ocean is mostly blocked by palms from Burros Bar, next time I would try to get upper floors. Thanks to Jeff this transaction went very smooth, no surprises

Plaza Mar 303 on the Malecon

We just spent a lovely week in 303. It’s right in the thick of things in the old town. What a great location-the view from the balcony looks over several palapas and a bit of beach and of course, the hustle and bustle of the end of the Malecon. Great cafes nearby. The amenities are superb. It was a family wedding that brought us here. Do hope we can return someday.

We just returned from our week’s stay at Plaza Mar 303. What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy our time in PV! We went to attend a family wedding and had such a wonderful time. Even with the unusual rain, we found plenty to do. Great little cafe right near the entrance. The crashing waves were almost too noisy, but really fun to watch from the balcony.

Five of us returned last week from spending 9 nights in condo 303, a two bedroom & two bathroom condo at Plaza Mar. From the moment we checked in we felt like this was the place to be in PV. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had to be buzzed in to get into the builing with the gated security, but you could come and go anytime, 24/7. We felt very safe there all the time. The condo was huge and the balcony was everything we had expected. We would find ourselves people watching all the time from the balcony. The location is perfect. Shopping, eating, walking the Malecon or just walking across the sidewalk to a beach bar. Life is GOOD! Thank You Jeff for all your help renting at Plaza Mar.
