I have been coming to Puerta Vallarta for many years now and this is the 1st time I stayed in a Condo Property. I should have done this long ago. This was the perfect location and I felt more at home in this space. I had all the amenities that I needed and was able to walk to everything and everywhere I wanted to go. The Pool was quite nice, quiet and relaxing. The staff there were all very pleasant and infrmative of my needs. I only hope I can get something similar when I return in November of this year. Thanks for making my stay the nicests ever.

My daughter Chantelle stayed for 10 nights in room 306 this month September 2011.

I booked this for her as she’s only 22 and was a little concerned about her going to PV by herself to visit friends.

It was wonderful………..she felt safe, the view was awesome from her balcony.

She had everything you could need in the condo (dishes, appliances etc) She said she could have stayed and lived there

and made it her second “home”.

The pool area was fantastic on the roof, even had a fridge to keep drinks cold up there, she loved that!

I have seen her pictures of the condo with views from her balcony and the roof top pool, also pictures of the inside…………it

looks lovely, so Mexican…………and homely furnished.

Next time she goes to PV she will definately stay there.

Since we were there for 2 weeks I did some cooking and I have never stayed at a condo that was so well equiped.     The kitchen had everything I needed.

The rooftop pool was sparkling clean and of course the view was spectacular.   I used the gas grill one evening and enjoyed sipping wine as the sunset.    We even did some laundry which was conviently located near the pool area so you didn’t have to sit in some dingy basement while your clothes were washing.     The plantings around the pool area were well cared for as was the entire condo complex.    The staff were friendly and very helpful.   One afternoon we were inside and I heard a swushing sound coming from the bathroom.     The cold water pipe had sliped off its fitting and water was shooting out of the sink cabnet.    I shut off the valve and went down to the desk to tell the desk clerk.    By the time I got back to the room a maid was already in there mopping up the water and within 15 minutes the pipe was fixed.    TALK ABOUT SPEEDY SERVICE!    I was very impressed to say the least

Our experience was so wonderful that we have already booked for next year and now we are going for 3 weeks instead of 2.

Plaza Mar you are simply the best.

It was enjoyable meeting the different people staying at Plaza Mar. The location of this complex was close to anything required at a moments notice. We appreciated the coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. We used them all and found the kitchen outfitted with quality cookware and dishes. All mentioned above is not common in places we stayed in the past so we where impressed that all these appliances worked perfectly. We don’t watch TV much while on vacation but listen to music. We brought our mp3 player and speakers which is how we roll as we could not figure out how the CD player worked which was of no concern. The collection of books was nice to have as we enjoy coming to Mexico and reading. We truely don’t want to over promote this unit as we are interested in returning next year and can easily see why the unit has repeat long term tenants.  Thank You Jeff from us for providing a romantic, relaxing, stress free vacation.

Once in our condo, we where extremely pleased with the lockable steel gate. It added a sense of security but provided a practical to allow airflow for some units requiring it. Our unit was fine just with ceiling fans and A/C was never required. The king size bed was soft as compared to hard mattress types commonly found in other places we have stayed at. No problems sleeping and the room was super quite with no traffic or ocean sounds at night. Bathroom had a sit down bench. Counter space was large and a pleasant surprise. Shelving in the bathroom kept all our items organized and nothing ever was cluttered.

Kitchen was stocked with top appliances and we used the microwave, toaster, blender, and especially the coffee maker. Dishes and pots and pans where top quality. The gorgeous granite counters where easy to keep clean. The condo had a selection of books that where a plus as we watch very little TV when on vacation. We brought our MP3 player and speakers as we usually do. The balcony is where we spent the majority of our time. We loved people watching and the great view of the square and ocean. I would suggest replacing the yellow table cover with a newer one.

The dining room table and chairs where solid however once again we ate, drank, and sat on the balcony.

The art work in the condo showed special touches and care in selection. All of it was tastefully decorated. The French doors to the deck where finished in a quality finish.

Everything worked in this condo with no problems. Meaning that the toilet would always flush, the shower would drain, the water was always available, and the gas stove worked along with the fridge. This was a bonus because in other places we have stayed, you do not get it all happening perfectly.

The pool on the top roof was refreshing and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The view featured gorgeous sunsets at night and a panoramic sight of the south side.

Maid service was the best we have ever had anywhere. The young lady even scrubbed the shower walls. She was very friendly but thorough. We made sure we tipped her well every time her services where used and then a bigger bonus on our last day. The other lady that keeps the courtyard looking great was tipped well. There is no dust inside the condo or outside and these ladies made it all happen.

We where extremely satisfied with you and your unit Jeff. The process of acquiring it and having an airport pickup for us made this a relaxing, stress free romantic getaway.

The front desk was very helpful especially the nice lady working on the morning of the day we were to leave.  I got a bad ear infection and she arranged taxi to take us to Amerimed Hospital where I was treated promptly and efficiently.  Hospital, doctor and 3 prescriptions only cost $150.  Real bargain compared to what it would have cost here at home.

We walked the malecon into downtown and rode bus back.  Ate at several taco stands and never got sick but we also had some memorable food at the restaurants in old town.  Went shopping at the Farmer’s Market on Pulpito on Saturday and bought Thai food (Pad Thai and spring rolls which were so good), Mexican organic coffee, quiche, berry pies and we had a real feast back at the condo!  Love every minute of it!!!
