My daughter Chantelle stayed for 10 nights in room 306 this month September 2011.

I booked this for her as she’s only 22 and was a little concerned about her going to PV by herself to visit friends.

It was wonderful………..she felt safe, the view was awesome from her balcony.

She had everything you could need in the condo (dishes, appliances etc) She said she could have stayed and lived there

and made it her second “home”.

The pool area was fantastic on the roof, even had a fridge to keep drinks cold up there, she loved that!

I have seen her pictures of the condo with views from her balcony and the roof top pool, also pictures of the inside…………it

looks lovely, so Mexican…………and homely furnished.

Next time she goes to PV she will definately stay there.

WE stayed at Plaza Mar 306 last March for 2 weeks.    I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 10 years and this was by far the best accomodation I have ever experienced in so many ways.     Once I stayed just south of the Melacon and while the roof top pool was beautiful the street noise was horrendous..   The Plaza Mar location is perfect,right on the beach and no street noise as there is no through traffic in front of it.  The maids kept the floors clean which was not always the case in some past experiences and the condo was just as represented on Jeff’s website.

Since we were there for 2 weeks I did some cooking and I have never stayed at a condo that was so well equiped.     The kitchen had everything I needed.

The rooftop pool was sparkling clean and of course the view was spectacular.   I used the gas grill one evening and enjoyed sipping wine as the sunset.    We even did some laundry which was conviently located near the pool area so you didn’t have to sit in some dingy basement while your clothes were washing.     The plantings around the pool area were well cared for as was the entire condo complex.    The staff were friendly and very helpful.   One afternoon we were inside and I heard a swushing sound coming from the bathroom.     The cold water pipe had sliped off its fitting and water was shooting out of the sink cabnet.    I shut off the valve and went down to the desk to tell the desk clerk.    By the time I got back to the room a maid was already in there mopping up the water and within 15 minutes the pipe was fixed.    TALK ABOUT SPEEDY SERVICE!    I was very impressed to say the least

Our experience was so wonderful that we have already booked for next year and now we are going for 3 weeks instead of 2.

Plaza Mar you are simply the best.

This is my second stay at the plaza mar my first a year ago with my kids and this year by myself in condo 306. As usual I found the facilities exceptional from its location, cleanliness and courteous,efficient and organized staff. First of all the process of renting from Jeff is very easy and with no delays or or inordinate amount of paperwork or e-mails back and forth. Check in was a snap. I spent no more than 5 minutes at the front desk before I was unlocking the door to my condo. The staff were very helpful, the front desk personnel always recognized me by name and and always offered a cheerful hola, and buenos diaz, when coming or going. The bed was very comfortable and the unite was well stocked with kitchen items. The decor is typical Mexican. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony and watching the people on the street starting their day by walking their do
