Just returned from PV –Stayed in 505 at Plaza Mar. Loved being able to actually cook in the kitchen. View and location were great as was the entire staff. The view from the very generously sized balcony was wonderful — loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The condo was very clean and totally bug free!

The stay was terrific. The condo was lovely.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The woman at the front desk on days was particularly welcoming.

We also appreciated the late checkout time as no one was scheduled to arrive that day.

Here are a few areas for improvement in 505.

We were 4 people aged 18 to 62 and everyone was more than satisfied with the accommodations.

Love the size of the balcony and great views of the community and bay. Lived outside most of the time. Great location for people watching. Staff was exceptional. Always feel at home. Personal preference is more authentic decorating and lighting.

505 at Plazamar in Puerto Vallarta

Hi Jeff! Another glorious trip to Vallarta! As you know, I’ve stayed in many of the condos at Plazamar over the past twenty plus years and although, they are all good, some are better than others. We stayed in 505 this trip and enjoy the park and the ocean views from this side of the building. The only surprise was the addition of enormous flood lights at each corner of the park and the glare was annoying in the front bedroom. Unfortunately, the rear bedroom had its issues as well with the barking dogs from the building immediately adjacent. The condo was kept very clean by the efficient housekeepers and we appreciated the “upgraded” linens when we asked for a change of sheets, from percale to a nice quality cotton. The kitchen was amply equipped.

The reception staff are always helpful, courteous and available! Both Juan, Adrianna and (I cannot recall the name of the other young man)…..are all superb!! The public areas are kept scrupulously clean. This is my favorite building in all of Vallarta with its easy access to the best restaurants, the beach and is such an easy walk into Old Town.

We recently (Jan. 8-15, 2011) visited Puerto Vallarta and rented Plaza Mar 505 via Jeff Musto. This was the second time in two years we have rented from Mr. Musto. Our condo accomodations were again top notch with a great location, wonderful balcony views, excelllent support staff, and very confortable rooms. I highly recommend renting from Jeff. The stay at the Plaza Mar was wonderful! My friends and I just loved the location and the condo, # 505. It was just perfect for us. I have stayed at Plaza Mar in the past and have always been very happy.

All in all, just love the place and would and have told others it is a great place.

Just wanted to send a note to thank you for letting us stay in your condo. The location was perfect for us in that we enjoyed being in the center of things with the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk all right outside the door. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the huge balcony and the views. Being able to check out late allowed us to start our trip back home in clean non-sweaty clothes and enjoy our last day much more.

I cannot praise enough the staff at Plaza Mar – I have been staying there on and off for over 10 years and every time I return it’s like coming home. I love the location, love the feeling of being secure and also love Puerto Vallarta and especially staying right in the heart of things. Definately worth the cost and the value returned always exceeds my expectations. Thanks Jeff as usual for everything.

10/20/08 Hi Jeff: A friend and I stayed in Condo 505 the week of October 12 – 18 2008. Since I had stayed in the same Condo last year, I was so happy to see the same faces at the desk. Both the morning and evening staff are so friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the small rooftop pool and watching the sunset from there. I love the location of the Condo as it is so close to everything you need. Hopefully, I will make it a yearly ritual of visiting PV. I didn’t do much but go to the beach and eat at some of the local restaurants. Thanks again for the stay.

3/17/08 Hi, Jeff. We returned from PV on Saturday and, as always, we had a great time. Good food, good weather, and we didn’t do much of anything. Plaza Mar #505 was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed it a lot. In previous years we stayed further down Los Muertos beach (next to the “blue chairs”) so Plaza Mar was much more convenient to all things. Ken S.
