In 1,000 sq ft there are two bedrooms (king & queen), 2 baths, living & dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area with stackable washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.  Also included is 5 day/week maid service.

There is cable TV, DVD & Stereo and air conditioning that is seldom needed because of the soft ocean breezes.
 
The villas’ pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers and offers an ocean view for relaxation.

Casa de Brisa Oceano provides you with a vacation of rest, sun and fun each day with only a short walk, bus or cab ride to the beach or to “Old Town” for shopping and a variety of restaurants. There is 102 steps up to this condo to fantastic views. (no elevator)
