This newly renovated, two bedroom two and a half bathroom condo is adorable and located above the Plaza Marina in Puerto Vallarta. You are mere steps from the bus stop, grocery store, pharmacy, Canadian chiropractor, spa, convenience stores, internet coffee shops and much, much more. If it really is about location, location, location, this is the place to be!

The condo was completely remodeled in the winter of 2008/2009 and it has been done in a very charming Mexican style. There are two masterwork murals on the walls; one in the living room and one in the kitchen areas. There is a large kitchen with an island that has everything you could need for preparing your own meals. You will find a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the utensils you could want to feel at home (including a shrimp peeler and lime squeezer).

The living area is also large with a balcony and there is a half bath on the first floor. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a large balcony, the other is very large with a king size bed (or two twin beds) and over looks the pool from a wall size window. Both beds are Sealy brand beds with pillow tops and the pillow are down…VERY comfortable. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on this level.

You will have full access to the pool which has many high-quality loungers. There is plenty of room for a large BBQ pool party. There is a grill and a bar area as well as bathrooms. Or if you prefer there is a lovely beach a short 5 – 6 block walk, along the golf course, away.
