Check-in 30 minutes prior to your booked schedule. Please verify local time upon arrival to avoid delays or missing your scheduled program.

The address of Aquaventuras Park is Carretera Tepic Km 155 Bahía de Banderas 63732 Nuevo Vallarta, Nay. The park has a large visible sign at the entrance, the park is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The admission to the park is included in your activity.

Children’s policy:
• Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
• Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
• Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).

Additional Information:
• The use of safety vests is required in all water programs
• For safety reasons, pregnant women with more than 5 months are not allowed in any of our aquatic activities. Pregnant women with 5 months or less will be able to participate only if accompanied by another adult and having signed the responsibility form.
• Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
• Water cameras are not allowed while you are participating in any dolphin program
• The rate confirmed on this reservation does not apply with any other online or local promotion.
• Gratuities are not included.

No refunds apply to cancellations made 4 days before your program. All changes are subject to availability, on 24 hours request. Partial or full cancellations are subject to a 10% bank administration fee. This cancellation policy applies for all locations except for Punta Cana & Los Cabos, for these locations the refund will apply to start 2 days before your program.
