Broken shop windows and fallen road signs litter the streets of the popular Mexican seaside city of Puerto Vallarta after Hurricane Lidia battered the country’s Pacific coast. Lidia has been downgraded to a tropical storm after making landfall as a Category 4 hurricane, leaving at least one dead.
