Is Puerto Vallarta Mexico still worth visiting? (rainy/low season)

Puerto Vallarta in the rainy season is at risk to severe daily flooding and aging buildings which poses a risk to personal safety I was lucky to escape hurricane Nora before it touched down causing severe damage to the town, however flooding in Puerto Vallarta is common despite the hurricanes.

There are still some advantages to being in Puerto Vallarta during the rainy season, which we will look into in this video.

Just FYI I’m not about hating its just evaluating. I prefer to show the reality of whats going on than some glossy travel vlog. This isn’t a personal attack on anyone, I believe most places in the world have a lot of room for improvement as human beings have built around consumerism instead of respect for mother earth.
