Summer is here! We spoke to a number of tourists, residents and local business owners to collect some of the best things to do in Puerto Vallarta as the temperature rises and the rainy months arrive. Here are eight tips for you to consider.

Guadalajara & Puerto Vallarta: Guadalajara is alive with the music of mariachis, flowers, colonial architecture, and passionate artists. The Jazz Foundation, a new live jazz and entertainment venue, has just opened its doors in Puerto Vallarta’s scenic Malecón boardwalk. The venue is located on Allende St., directly across from La Bodeguita del Medio, another popular live music locale.
