In this video we are walking around the Golden Zone of Bucerias, one of the most loved and visited areas of Bucerias. We take a look at 3 luxury developments in the Golden Zone to look at the current average prices in the area. The developments we look at are, Life Buceiras, Indigo Buceiras and Mina Bucerias.
If you have purchased in one of these beautiful developments or considering buying a property there, definitely watch this video for an update on construction and the prices.
At the end of the video I share my thought why prices are going up in Buceiras and what I think may happen in the future.
