Don\u2019t be surprised to see me move here next year once my lease at the current place expires :)))<\/p>\n<p>You may recognize this place and our host &#8211; Dez who will be showing us around from a video done by Jim from \u201cLiving Overseas TV. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>I am always looking for opportunities and information to share with you and when my friend Laila found this beautiful home for rent for only $400 USD we jumped on it right away and of course filmed the experience for you.<\/p>\n<p>To get to the property you need to walk over this suspension bridge running over the River Cuale, in the high season, right now as I am making this video river runs low, but in the rain season   It sure fills up! <\/p>\n<p>There are total of 7 units, in the house and 8th is on the way.<br \/>\nFor now it\u2019s mostly a lady community.<br \/>\nThere is a true family atmosphere here and I love it! <\/p>\n<p>The neighborhood is extremely safe because all of the neighbors looks after one another. <\/p>\n<p>Extremely clean air, all natural materials and stones are used to build the homes, I am just falling more and more in love with this place!<br \/>\nWould you live in a place like this friends?
