In this Puerto Vallarta travel vlog, we do a Mexican cooking class to find out how our favourite dishes come together. We first walk to a market to buy fresh food supplied by local farmers and pick up vegetables, fruit, chicken, fish, and cheese. We meet a man selling grasshoppers, which are a popular snack, so we decided to give them a try. Then we stop by a tortilla factory where we try a tortilla so fresh it&#8217;s almost too hot to hold. Chef Julio Cesar of Gaby&#8217;s Restaurant guides us all the way.  After shopping, we cook on the veranda with a view of the ocean and palm trees. It&#8217;s really fun to see fresh ingredients go from the market to the table and all the steps in between. If you already love cooking, like me, then a class like this is a no brainer.
