Hey Jeff,this was our first stay at plaza mar, and it will not be our last. 401 Was a nice 1 bedroom unit, just the right size for the two of us. The view from our balcony of Playa Los Muertos was fantastic, beautiful sunsets right out our door. The public areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We found Alfredo, on the front desk, to be very helpful. Rosario was our maid, and she did a great job. The pool area was very clean and well kept other than some tiles missing from the edge of the steps going down into the pool. Having a rooftop pool is especially nice because of the privacy and the great views. The location is probably the greatest asset of Plaza Mar. It’s location on the Malecon near the footbridge over the Rio Cuale allows for easy walking access to everything in the downtown area.The rental process was smooth and easy. Thanks Jeff, we will be back
