Jeff was a great host! While we did not see him at all during our stay, he made our arrival very easy, and gave us ample information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. In advance of our trip, Jeff had provided easy directions (and tips to tell the cab driver), restaurant recommendations (and those to avoid), and tips on various tours and activities. The unit that we stayed in was amazing! When looking for a place to stay in PVR, Jeff suggested 2 different units that he managed and they were great recommendations. Plaza Mar was beautiful, and well supplied – we were want for nothing! The balcony had a great view of Viejo Vallarta (Old Town) and the nearby beach. Being 1/2 a block from the ocean was a great plus for our relaxation needs. Others had complained about the noise from the nearby plaza and school, but from the bedroom it was actually really quiet. The kitchen and living room had everything you would need to cook an excellent meal, with ample space to enjoy it and relax. It was also beautifully decorated. When we walked in, we immediately felt like we were on a great Mexican vacation. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful in navigating PVR, and spoke English well. The roof-top pool (with amazing views of the area and beach was a show-stopper as well!
