We had a great stay in condo 711 from October 22 to November 5 2022. We arrived as the city was shutting down for the arrival of hurricane Roslyn, but the concierge & security got us signed in & transferred our luggage quickly to our condo. All of the staff (concierge, security, maintenance, housekeeping (Anali) we’re terrific. Sorry that I can’t remember the names, it’s been a stressful return home due to the issues with WestJet, hence also the delay for this post. Regardless of the issues, the condo was terrific with lots of space, super comfortable & the balcony was our favourite spot. The condo was quiet at night with nothing but the sounds of the waves outside. The pool was our second favourite spot. The location was perfect with easy access to everything in the Zona Romantica & Centro. We would happily stay here again.
