It was wonderful…….Jeff is a great guy…makes everyone feel special……ând I do mean everyone…..he makes you feel special and does all he can to help in any situaton that may arise….the location is pertect……very pleased with the folks that man the front desk….so, for sure, your Plaza Mar is where I would want to stay at with my next visit to Plaza Mar..many thanks ,Daisy G…..January 2014
