Wow what a great time! We loved everything about the condo, it was perfection!!
Everyone at Plaza Mar was fantastic! The woman who is at the front desk during the day (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was extremely helpful in every way, our needs at the condo, directions and suggestions for places to eat. She went out of her way to get the lobby computer to work since I don’t have a phone. It was also helpful that she spoke English since my Spanish skills are very poor. The young girl who works the desk in the evening greeted us on our first day. She was very patient and was as helpful as she could be in spite of the language barrier. She was very pleasant, a very sweet girl and a great greeter!! The maids did a wonderful job cleaning our room and they were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed in the condo.
The pool was heaven!! Every morning I woke up I went straight to the pool for a swim.
It was a great way for Tresia and I to relax in the afternoons, take a break from the busyness of the streets and vendors before going to dinner. We also loved the amazing views of Puerto Vallarta from the rooftop. The condo is in a great location to visit all the sites, everything was right there including the bus to the marina. We loved the balcony to the condo, it really opened the place up and during the evening it was nice to watch people and the dogs in the park. We didn’t really use the kitchen much accept to make coffee and mix drinks but I think if we returned we would use it more as it has everything one needs to cook. We also loved that the bedroom is located in the back part of the condo away from the street, overall it was pretty quiet, unlike a hotel.
When we first booked the condo the price was a little more then I wanted to pay but Tresia talked me into it, I’m so glad I listen to her. During our stay we talked about renting it for a month next year. Do you have a monthly rate in the off season?
Thanks so much for all your help, giving us directions, getting us from the airport and answering all our questions prior to arrival. We also really appreciated that you got back to us with answers to all our questions so quickly.
