Plaza Mar Unit 406

I had a last minute request for a place for a week, close to friends who were staying at Vista del Sol. Jeff was able to secure this cute 1B/1B unit at Plaza Mar at a great price, right around the corner from VDS. The Plaza Mar building is secure and the staff was very friendly and helpful.  The pool itself is also small, but it is deep and kept at a nice temperature. Although this Unit 406 does not have an ocean view, the balcony is the perfect morning spot to sit, have coffee and watch the early activities in the park and on the Malecon. I also enjoyed that the bedroom of this unit looks out over a nice courtyard and is SO quiet at night, you can sleep with the windows open! Then, when you wake up, you walk out to the living room area and balcony for all the PV action! The kitchen is small, with a smaller refrigerator/freezer, but is equipped with all the things you might need. Jeff provided two large, plastic PVKID cups for the pool and a freshly ground bag of locally grown coffee. A very nice touch! The unit was clean and comfortable, with ceiling fans, A/C and plenty of nice lighting. The Plaza Mar building is in a great location of Old Town, close to anything you could need or want!
