We rented this same condo in May of this year (2016) and liked it so much we returned in Nov/Dec. The condo has just about the most perfect location on Los Muertos Beach for views, restaurants, and walking distance into town. The condo itself is equipped with any and everything you could possibly need or want during a stay, i.e. iron/ironing board, hair dryer, sunscreen, huge fully equipped kitchen, lots of books, games, closets/drawers, double terrace with 2 umbrellas, beautifully updated baths, high quality and tasteful Mexican decor & nice TVs in the living room and master.
The maids are top notch and so nice. They will attend to any issue immediately. We are looking at returning to PV for May, June and July along with our little dog, and only wish VDS allowed pets so we could stay there.
